So I’ve heard somewhere that if you don’t like the life you’re living, you have to be willing to change the strategies you’re using.
If you don’t like the life you have right now, and you can evaluate and determine how you’ve gotten there, it’s really important to look at changing your strategies towards having a better you. If you know that everything that you’ve been doing is not leading you down the path that you want to go to, then you need to also consider changing those rules and avenues that you’re using by enlisting new strategies that will benefit you towards life that you want. I’m going to say this. If you don’t really know what it is you want, it’s going to be really hard to change those strategies.
The first step in that would not only just be changing your strategies but determining a clear goal as to what you want and who you want. You can do this in any area of wellness. You can do it in your social relationships.
So what type of relationships do you want with your friends? Do you want a caring, loving relationship where you see each other at least, once or twice a week to just enjoy each other’s company. Then, you’ve got to call someone at least once a week if it’s important to you.
When you are first looking at changing strategies, you have to be clear about what goal you are setting in your life and what you need to change. Then go for it. Start taking the steps. Just do it. You’re going to make sure that in taking control of your life, you’re taking control on your steps. So change your strategies. Change your outcome.
