Today I’m going to tell you a key to my success which is writing it down. You often see me promote writing related to my emotional health, my spiritual health, and my physical health even. Writing down helps you get your mind organized about what you need and want to accomplish. It actually purposes you in a way that becomes intentional.
It helps you to free yourself from worry. It gives your mind the freedom and the space to process things and not become overwhelmed. It helps you be clear on knowing what has to get done without constantly thinking or worrying about it. If you’re not great at being consistent, pick up and try again.
You may not master it or know how to do it naturally. You could start with just a to do list, a daily intention, a gratitude list or just something you can consistently write down daily that will help you to start moving towards your goals.
Take care of your mind by taking the time to write it down!
