So what if we said, “I am capable,” “I am enough,” “I am energetic,” “I am moving throughout my life and changing, growing and learning, and able to adapt to new situations.” All of a sudden, what those things do is they begin to motivate you. They are simply a foundation for change. They are not the change. And so when I tell people at what affirmations really does is it starts to give you a foundation towards change which means that it's changing your mind then ultimately giving you the energy and motivation to change your life.
